Shipping


We ship 2-5 days after cleared payment but have indicated 3-5 days in case of unforeseen circumstances.


All items are taken to a local shipper to be professionally packed and shipped. Items may be shipped either by USPS or FedEx. Almost 99% of the time, we ship with FedEx because it is preferable when an item is insured.


All items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering. Orders may only be shipped to the address of the person making the purchase. This is to protect you in case of stolen information. Thank you for understanding.


Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day of shipment.


Most items will require signature confirmation to ensure your package is delivered to you personally and not just left at your front door where it might be stolen. This additional cost will be paid by us to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not at home for your signature a delivery ticket advising you to pick up at the shipping carrier office will be left at your door. Please use the tracking number provided to check delivery status. This will help you get an accurate delivery window, and prevent an unnecessary trip to the shipping carrier’s office.


If an item is lost in transit or broken while in transit you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.. Also, please make sure to contact me within 3 days of receiving the package.


Please note we do not ship to international buyers due to various regulations and rules of each country. No exceptions. If you have someone in the U.S. they may purchase the items for you and receive them in the U.S. They can then mail it to you themselves after they have received the item. Please understand once an item is received at the U.S. destination, the item is considered complete and received.
